“Have some empathy—” oh I have empathy. i have plenty of empathy for the hundreds of adults and children who drowned off the coast of Greece in an entirely preventable situation, as do i have empathy for the thousands of migrant boats which capsize every year due to neglect from the countries who won’t fork out shit to save them. i don’t, however, have empathy for the millions of dollars worth of resources being spent on five billionaires who paid more than the average family will ever see in their lifetime just to willingly cram themselves inside a remote-controlled tin can and disturb the graveyard of mostly working class people.
what the fuck were highschoolers on in 2016 when they could go to bed at 1am wake up at 6am and have an alarm set for 3am to enter a chatroom full of fictional men
